How do we keep your multifamily community safe from pests and wildlife?

WellTech controls pests through a preventative service program that saves you and your residents from pest breeding, growth and colonization.

If there is ever an outbreak, our teams are mobilized and responsive.

In addition, our preventative and response crews are equipped in every tool needed to respond to any pest and wildlife problem. They receive extensive training and our provided incentives to achieve the highest level of quality. Also, all of uniformed and badged crew members are fully background checked employees, and are NOT subcontractors.

Why Expertise in Multi-Family Living is Important in Pest and Wildlife Control

Multi-family communities are from differing age groups and backgrounds, and many have adopted Florida as their new home. They have chosen to lease, rather than purchase a home, and expect little to no involvement in maintenance and upkeep in pest control.

Specializing in Multi-Family Life Pest Management Since 1989

Florida Multifamily Threats

Florida law requires that multifamily managers maintain pest control. Safety and care of multi-families are a part of a healthy well-balanced residential thriving community. Our goal is can provide equitable, comfortable, and pest-free living environments within your residential community regardless of the geographical location we serve.

The multifamily quality of life may be reduced without a preventative service agreement or if you are using a pest control company that doesn’t specialize in multi-family solutions.

About WellTech Pest

WellTech Pest Solutions: Florida’s Multifamily Pest Control Experts

Driven by a passion to address the unique pest control challenges faced by multifamily housing communities, WellTech Pest Solutions was born from a vision of specialized service. After a decade of invaluable experience at Amsco, founder Jay Wells recognized a significant gap in the market: a pest control provider dedicated to the specific needs of apartment and condominium complexes.

Jay Wells and John Wells (l to r) at the BAAA Out of this World Trade Show

In 1988, Jay partnered with his brother, John Wells, a seasoned pest control professional, to establish Atlanta Pest Control. Together, they embarked on a mission to revolutionize pest management in the multifamily sector. Their approach was simple yet powerful: blend cutting-edge pest control technologies with a deep understanding of the evolving needs of apartment communities.

This commitment to innovation and specialized service fueled the company’s growth. In 2015, recognizing the need to reflect their expanded capabilities and dedication to technological advancement in the state of Florida, Atlanta Pest Control rebranded as WellTech Pest Solutions.
